Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of product features that create real value for users and the business. The Product Owner acts as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized and aligned with business goals

  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and short-term objectives

  • Translate business and user needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and timely delivery

  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives

  • Make scope and priority decisions to maximize product value and delivery efficiency

  • Validate delivered features against requirements and business expectations

  • Collect and analyze user feedback, metrics, and market insights to guide product decisions

  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders, managing expectations and trade-offs effectively

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product role in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles

  • Ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA, business)

  • Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, platform, or B2B products

  • Technical background or ability to understand system architecture and APIs

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making

  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
